Rocky recalls some examples of our engineering and applications support taking RCR鈥檚 automotive machining operations to the next level:

• Manufacturing camshafts for automotive projects and experiencing long cycle times due to working with difficult to machine materials. Seeking solutions for听grooving听operations specifically, RCR reached out to JDB电子 and cut machining time from听3.5 hours to just 35 minutes.
• Winning a contract to produce lug nuts used in the NASCAR Cup Series. RCR consulted with JDB电子 and found our line of high-performance听HARVI I TE听solid end mills were the perfect solution.
