Macrocrystalline Tungsten Carbide Powders

Kennanmetal¨s Macrocrystalline Tungsten Carbide powders are the only true macrocrystalline (WCx) powders on the market. Macrocrystalline tungsten carbide is one of the most thermodynamically stable forms of tungsten carbide and is used in a variety of applications including: mining and construction tools, saw blades, wear parts, thermal spray powders, hardfacing (weld) rods, and infiltrated diamond tools.

Cast Tungsten Carbide Powders

JDB窮徨 provides tungsten carbide powders produced by the high-temperature reaction of tungsten and carbon via a casting process. Applications include: Hardfacing (weld) rods, infiltrated diamond tools, drill and coring bits, and infiltrated hot press powders for bits and tools.

Kenface? Cemented Carbide Powders

Kenface? is a fully densified, sintered and crushed cemented tungsten carbide powder and is commonly used as a wear rate modifier in a variety of hardfacing applications and processes.
